I highly recommend Optimum Climate Services. I have a old gas fireplace that needed maintenance and a good cleaning before the winter set in. I called and had an appointment the next day! Dinos was punctual, efficient, informative and professional. He was even able to clean the glass that others couldn’t! He returned the glass to almost new... amazing!Thank you so much!

Dino runs a very professional, reliable and solid business. He’s very responsive, provides updates on timing and helps with cost savings wherever possible. We had a leaking tube in our HVAC unit, he came out on a Saturday night to look at the issue and we had it fixed by Monday morning, as soon as suppliers were open. All has been running smoothly for the last couple of weeks since his fix. After this experience, we wouldn’t call anyone else in the future!

My wife and I called Optimum Climate Services during the last heat wave when it was 40 outside and 32 inside. Dino came to the house the next morning and got our AC running right away. Again this week when our 11 year old AC unit bit the dust, he provided great advice and he rearranged his whole Schedule to fit in our instal. Dino is professional well priced and a great human. I would recommend him to anyone looking for servicing their heating or cooling systems!

Optimum Climate Services came to my rescue and was able to diagnose my faulty 20 year old furnace the same day I called. Unfortunately I needed a new one but Dino was able help out and get my furnace running temporarily until he was able to come back later that week to install a new one! Dino was professional, clean and accurate with every little detail, I will definitely be calling him back for any other HVAC needs!

If you have a problem with your HVAC equipment, Dino is your guy!!! I had a problem my system, a friend told me about Optimum. I gave them a call and Dino showed out on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I can not recommend him enough.

Dino was very thorough with the repair to our gas pool heater. He was quick at troubleshooting the problem was and he did an excellent job fixing it. He was very friendly and followed up with me later on to make sure everything was running after he left. I would highly recommend him and his services!

Amazing service! I'm glad he is in our area now so we can call whenever we need to. He was very professional and explained everything. He will be there anytime you need him, even on Christmas Day, and won't charge double for holidays. Thanks for fixing our heater today and for some tips of knowledge as well! I appreciate it.

5 stars does not do the service we received justice. Dino at Optimum is in a class all his own. We almost never leave reviews for businesses, but we needed to this time based on our incredible experience.We returned from Christmas Eve dinner quite late, only to discover that our furnace was no longer working. After receiving Dino’s contact through a referral, we reached out. He picked up immediately and tried his very best to troubleshoot over the phone and video call. Without much luck over the phone, Dino drove 1.5 hours on Christmas Eve, at 2 AM, to make sure that we had heat for our little one on Christmas morning. He was beyond polite, knowledgeable, genuine, and wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. He accurately diagnosed and corrected the problem and allowed us to have a beautiful (warm!!) Christmas morning.Do not hesitate to reach out to Dino at Optimum Climate Services for any HVAC needs. Dino was great to work with! He came by quickly and was able to fix the problem that hour and for a very reasonable price. Where I worry larger companies would try to scare us into buying a new furnace, I trust Dino to keep our current furnace running.
